Exterior Renovations Anyone planning an exterior renovation to your dwelling or lot, or alteration to the hedgerow, should complete an Architectural Review Applicationat least 30 DAYS BEFORE STARTINGthe project. If submitting an application online, You must do so by logging into the Chambers Management website (CINC). If you are not yet registered with CINC, you may do so by clicking on Register from CINC’s Home Page. The Register button is at the upper right on the home screen.
Once you are registered, login to your HOA account. On the blue task bar at the top, click Account Info, then scroll down to ACC Requests. At the next page, click the blue Add ACC Request button. Populate the required fields (with a red asterisks). There are currently 8 boxes, all of which must be checked. Also, an attachment must be submitted. You can upload attachments by clicking the Choose Files box below the first five boxes you had to check. If you’re making multiple Architectural Changes, you’ll need to submit a separate application for each change (e.g. patio, deck, fence, shed, etc.). It’s also recommended you upload photos of the actual new item/s you wish to install (if possible). Additionally, if your architectural change is for a patio, deck, fence, shed, walkway etc., you’re required to upload a copy of your House Location Survey (aka. Plat, you received a copy at settlement) marked with the outlined location of your change, preferably in red. When application reviews are delayed, it's typically because the homeowner didn't furnish enough detail and/or follow the instructions.
Selling Your Home Anyone planning to sell their home should contact Chambers Management for a resale packet. Your HOA Covenant Compliance Letter will indicate any matters that need to be addressed and, like a home inspection, reassures interested buyers that they will not have any surprises regarding your property. After contacting Chambers Management, the Architectural Review Committee will schedule a property inspection.
Covenant Violations Please contact Chambers Management to report any covenant violations. After a review, violators of our convenances will receive a warning letter. If adequate steps are not undertaken to remedy the violation or repeat offenders are identified, the matter will be referred to our lawyer and fees (for which the violator is accountable) will be involved
